- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/3 – 2/3 cup almond milk, e.g. with vanilla flavour

- 1 tsp honey
- One banana and blueberries
Preparation:
Put the oats, yoghurt, almond milk, chia seeds and honey in a bowl, stir well, cover and place in the fridge overnight. Serve the next day with sliced banana and blueberries.
Vegan Chia Seed Recipe For Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients For Two Servings:
- 3/4 cup rice milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 Medjool dates, chopped
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients and let the dates soak for a few minutes. Then finely puree everything in a blender, fill it into dessert glasses and serve.

Ingredients For Two Servings:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup vanilla flavoured Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup raspberries
- 2 tsp honey
Preparation:
Put the coconut milk, yoghurt, one tablespoon of honey and the chia seeds in a bowl, stir well and refrigerate overnight. Pour into dessert glasses the next day. Puree the raspberries with the 2 tsp honey and serve on the chia seed yoghurt.
Chia Seed Recipe For Low Carb Bread
Ingredients For One Bread:
- 135 g sunflower seeds
- 90 grams of flaxseed
- 65 grams of hazelnuts
- 145 g rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Four tablespoons psyllium husks
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 350ml of water
Preparation:
Put the sunflower seeds, linseed, hazelnuts, rolled oats, chia seeds, psyllium husks and salt in a bowl and mix well. Mix the maple syrup, oil and water and pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well, adding water if necessary if the mixture is too thick. Pour the bread dough into a loaf pan and place it in the fridge overnight.
Bake the next day in an oven, preheated to 175 °C for 20 minutes. Then remove the mould and bake upside down in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool completely before serving; otherwise, the bread will fall apart when you cut it.
Chia Seed Recipe For Hearty Biscuits
Ingredients For One-Sheet
- 1 1/3 cups multigrain or whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 3/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, raisins, or cranberries
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
- One egg
- Mark 1 vanilla bean
Preparation:
Mix flour, oat flakes, grated coconut, chia seeds, hemp seed, chocolate chips, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cream the butter and gradually stir in the sugar, egg and vanilla bean pulp. Pour into the bowl with the flour and mix well. The dough is quite firm. Knead by hand if necessary.
Remove the dough with a tablespoon, place them side by side – at a distance – flat on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 200 °C for about 12 minutes.

Ingredients For Two Servings:
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- One banana (peeled)
- One orange (peeled)
- 2 cup spinach leaves
- 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp chia seeds

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree into a creamy smoothie.
