Friction causes the overproduction of keratin and the thickening of the skin. This hard corneal layer is unsightly and can cause damage if allowed to persist. It is better to act before seeing the appearance of cracks which will be much more painful.

6 Natural Remedies To Eliminate Calluses

At Truck Mania, we like natural tips and remedies that use common products in your cupboards. Here are the six remedies for calluses that we have selected for you.

The first thing to do to limit the appearance of calluses is to wear comfortable shoes in which your feet are not compressed. You can equip your shoes with insoles to cushion the foot when walking or running. Thus, you will have an ideal pair of shoes to avoid foot problems. Calluses on the hands often come from the daily use of tools and mainly affect the building, agricultural and green space trades. In these cases, wearing gloves will help the person protect themselves from friction to reduce the appearance of calluses.
